Who operates AgentApprovals

Newsletter subscriptions

When you subscribe, we use your email address and subscription records to deliver the AgentApprovals newsletter with your consent. You must confirm your email before joining. Each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link; you can also withdraw consent by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Kit provides our signup and email service. Its service records subscription and delivery activity and supports tracking of email opens and link clicks. These measures can be inaccurate because email providers and security tools may open messages or links automatically. Kit processes subscriber data under its Data Processing Addendum, which describes its service providers and international-transfer safeguards. Its privacy policy separately describes its own service-usage processing.

The subscription page loads Kit’s form script, so your browser connects to Kit when you visit that page. Submitting the form sends your email address directly to Kit. We do not put your email address into a thank-you-page URL.

Retention and unsubscribing

We keep active subscription records to provide the newsletter. Unsubscribing stops newsletters but does not automatically erase the record or its history in Kit. We retain the unsubscribe status to help prevent unwanted resubscription. You can request deletion by emailing us; we will explain any information that must remain for a legal obligation or to honor your opt-out. We do not sell the subscriber list or enroll you in other newsletters. Recommendations are disabled.

Website visits

Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery, and security. It processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to serve and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing practices. We do not maintain a separate exported visitor-log database.

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and loading performance to help us improve the site. It reports information such as page paths, referring sites, browser and device categories, and country. We configured it to exclude visitor measurements from the EU. Cloudflare describes this service as cookie-free; this is separate from its hosting and security processing. See its analytics documentation.

We do not run advertising pixels or Google Analytics on this site. Article pages do not embed third-party media or load remote fonts. Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Messages you send us

Mail sent to hello@agentapprovals.ai is forwarded by Cloudflare to our Inflex Dev mailbox at Zoho. We use the information you send to respond to your request, investigate corrections, or discuss work. We retain correspondence while needed for that purpose and any applicable legal obligations. Do not include passwords, API keys, or private subscriber data in a correction report.
